Unable to remove the "Approval Department" field from the header section in RSSP.

In the RSSP interface of Oracle Cloud, the "Approval Department" field appears in the header and cannot be deleted or hidden. However, it is possible to overwrite it with another Approval Department.We would like to understand:

• Why this field is fixed and cannot be removed.
• How to prevent it from appearing if not needed.
• Whether there is a way to customize or hide it.
  

①RSSP(Header): Change to blank and update

②The blank value was not reflected.
