How to modify notification email body in EDMCS

Hello everyone,

I am setting up the EDMCS for the Notify policy at the Dimension level.

I have a Natural Account dimension, and I would like to know if there are any changes (additions, deletions, etc.) that will trigger email notifications to users.

I tested it and it sent an email :

But I want to change a little bit of the email's content.

My question is:

How can I change the email's content based on what I want to notify users?

Is there any setup in EDMCS, or do we need to use 3rd party to get the trigger?
