User Can change the data in supplies and demand table even the data access is read only

H iexperts,

as mentioned above, we have custom role and uncheck enable write for all B but when we open supplies and demand table the user can change the data.

The expectation is that the user cannot change the data and release the plan order (read only)

Anyone has experienced this issue ?
