Extra blank line at the top of some fields in BI Publisher

Hi ,
I am facing some merging issue in excel output in BIP Report for Ref i am attaching the image , the reason is some fields are storing with space in Table ( HRG_Goal ) because of this when we convert the output as Excel it is taking That Blank Space as a line .
for that i sql i have used some conditions like Trim , Replace but not helping ,
Please Advise if Any one is familier with this issue .
