We are using below feature of GenAI in PO approval.

While the concept is great for summarizing POs, we've encountered a significant issue where the AI-generated highlights are often incorrect and misleading

For example as shown below, our organization uses "MEN" to refer to a specific Business Unit/ entity. The PO line description is for a "Stamp." However, the AI incorrectly highlights the PO as being for a "clothing item for Men."

This is causing confusion for our approvers. The AI seems to misinterpret our business terminology, leading it to create summaries that don't accurately reflect the line items or the PO as a whole.
