Candidate while filling the form added email and name of an employee for referral bonus to employee

hi I am creating inbound HCm extract to Load the referral bonus element entries for eligible employees.

and taking the details from IRC_RF_Referrals for the referral.

But if the candidate is filling the form and he has enters the name and email of his friend as a referrer which is working in that company and i m not able too see that data in IRC_RF_Referrals. so where can see i this details any query or any table names will be helpful !
