Exist a limit of visualization in "Select Learners" tab during create an assignment?

Hi all,

during create an assignment, exactly in "Select Learners" tab compare the info "Total Recipients" but if I "Export in Excel" the data information doesn't much with the extraction; for example in the screen below "Total Recipients" is "3042" but if I click "Export in Excel" the data information inside the file is "500".

Do you know if exist a limit to view the info into the file "Excel"?
