Manual Commenting on Job Requisitions

Summary:

Our recruiters need the ability to manually add comments to job requisitions. We noticed the Messages tab exists, but it only displays system-generated messages sent to the team. There is no visible option to manually add ad-hoc comments. Is there a configuration or alternate section that enables this functionality?
