Enabled Assignment EIT not visible in Redwood UI

Summary: We have an Assignment EFF for the country of Germany which is associated with Benefits(DE) context which is Enabled but when viewing from UI we are not seeing Germany as one of the List of Values. Please see setup and issue screenshots below. I have tried typing it out as well with no luck. This is working fine in a lower pod with same config and without any explicit VBS enablement. Please help as we have P2 testing in just 2 days.
