Contract - Track Completion - Percentages are NOT correct

Summary:

The second line of this contract is 100% invoice. On the one screen it simultaneously shows that the contract line is 0% invoiced and in the detail of the line (Project Details) the line is 100% complete. 

The top contract line should report 100% complete the same as the project details.
