How to configure alerts for Canada District Managers only when background verification is initiated

Hi all,

We have a requirement to send alerts specifically to District Managers in Canada when a background verification check is initiated and when it is completed.

We noticed the alert IRC_Candidate_BgCheck_Review in Alert Composer, which seems to send notifications for each stage of the background check process. However, our requirement is to trigger alerts only at the initiation and completion stages.

Has anyone configured a similar requirement or can guide us on how to achieve this?
