OCI: How to upgrade Kernel from UEK6 to UEK7 on OSMH managed instance after leaap upgrade

SYMPTOMS
After leapp Upgrade from Oracle Linux 7 to Oracle Linux 8 the Running Kernel remains UEK6, There is a requirement to upgrade to UEK7 kernel
SOLUTION
Follow the below steps to upgrade to UEK7 on OSMH managed instances post leapp upgrade
1. Check Currently enabled Repos on the instance by running below command
$ dnf repolist
2. First attach the ol8_UEKR7 software source to the root compartment following steps in document
3) The attach the ol8_UEKR7Software Source to the instance by following below steps:
- Navigate to the Instances list page.
- Select the compartment.
