How can we restrict the offers shown in the Offer tab according to departments?

Tried to restrict offer visibility by department in the Offer tab via Position Security profile (based on AOR), but it is currently showing all job offers.

Is there any way to restrict offer based on Departments or visibility of their own offers in offer Tab.
we are using Recruiting manager role.
