RSSP - Possible to change column default shopping cart

in Self Service Procurement

Is it possible to adjust the column order and visibility in the RSSP Shopping Cart screen via VBS? We are on version 25C, but I can't find this quickly. Individual users can do this, but I don't see an option to set this as a default for everyone.

For example we want to hide Amount (EUR) for everyone and we want to add an other column.
