how to enable VCP flag in fusion Supply chain planning?

Hi,

We are currently unable to run the Supply and Demand Plan because the VCP flag is not enabled for the instance. According to the SR engineer, this flag needs to be enabled by the Customer Success Manager (CSM). However, the CSM is unsure where this flag can be enabled from.

Could anyone please guide us on how and where the VCP flag can be enabled?
