Hyperparameter Tuning: Tuned Setting measure

Summary:

We are running the demand plan with Hyperparameter Tuning mode enabled, HypertuneSamplePercent set to 100% and HypertuneOutputMode set to Tune and Compare.

Looking at the output/ text in the Tuned Setting measure, the text can be categorized into following groupings, followed by parameter values:

/Tuned - Improvement found above threshold/
/Tuned - Base is optimal/
/Tuned - No improvement, all params have no impact/
/Not Tuned - Best found but full forecast failed. Reset to Base/
/Failed - on all tested parameter values/

Need some suggestions as to how best to read these Tuned Setting measure and if these can be actioned upon.
