Area of Responsibility Template -Responsibility Scope

Summary: Upon retesting creating Area of Responsibility Templates, I noticed there is now an option "Representative's Location" which I do not recall ever seeing before.

By choosing this option, does that mean the system will know the colleague's work location and assign the AOR accordingly?

Does this mean I do not have to add a specific location from the dropdown?

I just need to understand what happens if I chose that option.
