Is anyone else getting a geospatially error in their Payroll Validation Report?

Summary: In the Payroll Validation report, we are getting this error for all employees in the first pay cycle since going live on 25C: "The address couldn't be validated to the street level or geospatially coded with rooftop accuracy. This might affect the accuracy of automatically detected local tax jurisdictions."

Why are we getting this message and is there a way to turn it off? We have not started testing the USOPTE and have not turned on the address validation yet.
