OSMH: OSMH Managed Instance Update Fails with Error “Requires: ksplice-helper"

Symptoms:

OSMH managed instance package updates fails with below error.

Error: Package: 2:glibc-2.17-326.0.11.ksplice1.el7_9.3.x86_64 (ol7_x86_64_userspace_ksplice_els)
Requires: ksplice-helper
Error: Package: 2:glibc-2.17-326.0.11.ksplice1.el7_9.3.x86_64 (ol7_x86_64_userspace_ksplice_els)
Requires: ksplice-helper >= 1.0.51
Error: Package: 2:glibc-2.17-326.0.11.ksplice1.el7_9.3.x86_64 (ol7_x86_64_userspace_ksplice_els)
Requires: libksplice_helper.so()(64bit)

Cause:

glibc ksplice aware package (glibc-2.17-326.0.11.ksplice1.el7_9.3.x86_64) has a dependency on ksplice-helper package which is provided by ol7_x86_64_userspace_ksplice software source.

# yum list ksplice-helper
Loaded plugins: langpacks, ulninfo
