Setting an auto labeling for new applicants in ORC based on prescreen answer?

It has been brought up to our company several times, the use of a fast formula based on one of our prescreen questions/answers, to auto label certain candidates. This will help recruiters by saving time manually doing so for each of these specific candidates.

My question is where will this fast formula be housed? If in the CSP, where?
