Can we use the EDMCS for loading the Mapping sets in sub ledger accounting

Summary:

We are evaluating the possibility of leveraging EDMCS to define and integrate mapping sets with Oracle Subledger Accounting (SLA).

Currently, we have multiple SLA rules that utilize around 100 mapping sets. To improve visibility for our business users and streamline the overall mapping process, we are considering managing these mapping sets through EDMCS.

  • Has anyone implemented EDMCS to manage SLA mapping sets?
  • What are the best practices or limitations we should be aware of in this integration?
  • Are there recommended approaches to ensure smooth synchronization and governance between EDMCS and SLA?

Any guidance or lessons learned would be greatly appreciated.
