Business has decided to implement Perpetual Average Costing method for all the organizations. Item Cost of the Purchase Order transaction is PO Price+ Overhead/Cost Components percentage.

Business would like to have the Cost Components percentage vary based on the supplier.

Eg. Supplier#1, Cost Components Freight - 5%, Custom Duties - 10%.
Supplier#2, Cost Components: Freight - 10%, Custom Duties - 5%, Inbound Freight - 2%.

Or

Item Category#ABC, Cost Components Freight - 5%, Custom Duties - 10%.

Item Category#2, Cost Components: Freight - 10%, Custom Duties - 5%, Inbound Freight - 2%.
