Has anyone had success with Gigs in Opportunity Marketplace? If so, what do you use Gigs for?
We wanted to start using Gigs for volunteer opportunities within our organization such as ERGs as well as for our different council groups but we have found the below limitations.
- Unable to invite a candidate to apply.

- Questionnaires cannot be added.

- Idea 908583 submitted in Sept 2025
- A Teammate on a Gig cannot edit the Gig or manage candidates, only the Creator and Admin can.
- Idea 720664 submitted in Oct 2023
- A Gig does not go through the approval process until AFTER the Gig Creator assigns the Gig to the applicant. We want the Line Manager to approve or reject first prior to the Gig Creator determining if a candidate should be assigned to the Gig or not.
