Subinventory Transfers

Dear Costing Experts,
We have observed that for Subinventory Transfers, the Cost Distributions is also showing a Transfer Order Interorganization Receipt depletion layer.
Subinventory Transfer is an intra-organization movement and should not be associated with interorganization receipt layers. However, in the depletion layers we see both:
- Subinventory Transfer transaction
- Transfer Order Interorganization Receipt layer
Could you please clarify:
- Why is the Transfer Order Interorganization Receipt layer being created for a Subinventory Transfer?
- Is it a possible configuration/process issue?
- If expected, can you provide guidance on how these layers are linked and how they should be interpreted during reconciliation?
