User is not able to add Project related details at line level while creating Purchase order.

While creating Purchase order the user is not able to add Project related details at line level in spite of having Buyer, Procurement Manager, Procurement requester, Advanced Procurement requester roles.

Is it required to have any other roles as :- PA_Readonly_Project_Accountant_Custom
, PA_Readonly_Project_Administrator_Custom?

Please guide through.
