Issues with Redwood Supplier Registration After Patch 25B/25C Updates

Summary:

After enabling Redwood Supplier registration in Production, we noticed that patches 25B and 25C caused minor issues. The edit button gets disabled, and we have to redeploy value sets for two DFF fields during external registration.

Oracle suggested running ESS jobs related to catalog and requisition indexes to address the issues. We want to understand why these need to be validated again.
