Agents team security tab not showing roles list of values

Summary:

I have created a Document tool and Agent/Agent team using AI Agent Studio

In the Agent team tab settings, security tab does not show any roles in the LOV.

I have enabled permission groups for the duty role i have access to and ran the security processes.

Also, Enable Security Console External
Application Integration profile option is enabled.

Can anyone help with what could be missing?

I could also link an external guided journey to the Workflow agent created and also updated in the transactions page using VB. But the journey button does not appear. Any thoughts here?
