Need to restrict actions based on employee type

Hi,

We have a requirement to restrict Termination Involuntary Action in the dropdown when terminating a contingent worker.

For eg,

Employee A is FTE

Employee B is Contingent Worker

We need to see only the voluntary CWK Term action for employee B, but can see both voluntary and involuntary options for employee A.

Can this be achieved?
