Global search bar don't shows updated Job info

Hello experts,

we found an issue on the global search bar configured to see the Job information of the employee (and not the position). When there is a job change action on an employee, I can't see the updated value of the Job on the Global search bar when the employee is searched.

The Profile Option is correctly set:

I found a process (Synchronize Person Assignments from Position) but it's related to the position. Do we have a similar process also for update Job?

Do you have any ideas?
