Access Exchange Rates & Cross-Rates from Rates cube for calculations of Transaction Effects

Exchange rates are entered in the FCCS standard in the Rates cube and calculated via Compute Rates. The resulting rates are then available on entities and used for currency translation along the entity hierarchy. However, in the Consol cube we’re missing exchange rates for all other currencies and the corresponding cross-rates.
