I need guidance on configuring (or customize, VSB ) the system to automatically copy the Smart Form description to the Requisition header when creating a requisition using the Smart Form.

Currently, user need to manual entry or copy the Smart from description to the PR header.

And the business requirement one requisition will just contain one Smart Form.
