Requirement here is to Enable externdal data collection only for routings but not for Work orders

Summary:

Currently, there are multiple Work definitions for same item and there is requirement that 1 supply plan should consider only particular type of Work definition name while other supply plan should consider other names.

This is required for same item.

Now, We tried enable external data for organizations for fucntional area Manufacturing and sub area is Routings. We did not enable this for Work Order as we want that planning should collect Work orders from Oracle only.

However, With this setup, Although it is enabled for routing data, still it is not collecting Work orders from source system OPS.

Also, whenever we are releasing make recommendation, we can see that supply record updated in logs but cannot find WO in OPS.
