Is it possible to assign a role basing on a fast formula?

Hi team,

I'm writing you to ask for the possibility to automatically assign a specific Role to Employee basing on a Fast Formula?
Let me better explain: the customer asks for the possibility to assign a role when the HR add a specific element entry for an Employee.
Actually the role mapping and the auto-provisioning consider just "Standard Conditions"

Any suggestion o guideline?
