Fields are enabled through the VBS but we are unable to find it on the Purchase Order

Fieldsare enabled through the VBS but we are unable to find it on the Purchase Order.At the time of change order creation or new purchase order creation we can able to find the fields but after creation again fields are going to invisible on the main PO.
