Email Notification to Queue members of the HR help desk request

We have a requirement to send the email notification with the required SR details to all the Queue members.

I have configured the email notification from object flows to trigger an email whenever the queue is changed and this is going to the assigned agent. Our requirement is to notify all the Queue members when the Queue is changed. In Object workflows configuration Under Assigned Resources section, i couldn't find anything related to Queue. The notification configured from Notification preferences doesn't have an option to select the request details.We have used the below Groovy script for this email. please suggest if there is a way to send the email notification with required details to all the Queue members.
