After enabling EOBP in Oracle FCCS, we encountered issues unlocking Ownership Management.

Following the activation of EOBP in Oracle FCCS, we attempted to unlock Ownership Management using the 'Ownership Lock/Unlock Status Update' task. However, we unable to unlock entities in Ownership management.

We have a business requirement to lift and shift three parent nodes under a new parent node. Based on guidance from the Oracle Support team, we retained the primary hierarchy unchanged and created a new hierarchy with different parent names, sharing the same base members beneath them.

To reflect ownership changes:

  • In the primary hierarchy, the base members were marked inactive, with both consolidation and ownership percentages set to 0%.
