Creating a quarterly PO with weekly releases (catalogue items)

Hi all!

We use Oracle Fusion Procurement and Supply Planning modules.

We are looking to create a quarterly blanket purchase order that has weekly releases but doesn't result in a purchase order with 100000 lines.

Feel free to point me in the direction of the right resources.

The above screen shot is an Excel file of what we are manually doing for blanket POs which leads to unnecessary rework from a procurement and planning standpoint. Below is a screenshot of the modules we are currently using.
