OGL content using users name

in Oracle Guided Learning

Hi team happy Friday!

Regarding the use of a users name in certain special guides to add more warmth. Is this available to do in any guide or only when OGL could read their name from an element on the screen? If it's possible to do would the custom role settings have to be set a certain way to achieve this?
