cannot view a tax book when trying to copy from corporate book

We are adding a new tax book for India which is pointing to a reporting ledger. We also have a new calendar on the new book. After we ran depreciation on the corporate book, we selected the new tax book, and then clicked 'Copy from Corporate' and on the popup, there is no tax book being populated. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
