Why some options of my dropdowns not being translated?

When I change the language to Spanish, I'm not getting everything translated.
Like in this case:
Gender "Femenine" and "Masculine" are being translated but not "Non-binary / another gender" and "Prefer not to say". Does anyone know if we are missing a step or configuration when adding new values? if so, how can I fix it? or is there another way to do this.
