Big Resume's

Hi All,

Please help me with a best practice or a solution for big or huge resumes (>= 1MB).

For e.g: German resume's are usually big and the restriction for candidate attachment size is 2.5MB per candidate which mean only 2 files of 1.25MB each can be uploaded.
