Pending Workers Login via IDCS

Hi Everyone , We are trying to figure out how to allow pending workers to login , Our specific requirement is for pending workers to authenticate using local Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) credentials, not SSO either local login . We need to implement a separate login flow for these users. Please advise on the configuration steps necessary to provide a dedicated IDCS local credentials login page for pending workers, while keeping the standard SSO method for our permanent employees. Can someone help on this please?

We are looking for specific documentation, best practices, or configuration tips for implementing a dedicated, non-SSO login process for pending workers via an IDCS URL. We would appreciate any insight from those who have successfully implemented this approach.
