Why has my AI Suggested Candidates and Similar Candidates Stopped working?

It was brought to my attention that the similar candidates and suggested candidates features are not pulling information. When you go into a requisition the feature looks like it is going to pull a list, then says "there's nothing here so far". I also noticed in the back end the AI Feature Integration area that shows what you have turned on, and the Access Verification section. The access is successful when I test it, but the dates on the bottom of the list were all last ran a month ago.

Is this normal?
