Why the IDR option still in 'Not Active' status

IDR Option still in 'Not Active' Status

Hi,

We tried to activate the Intelligent Document Recognition Options and also running the Import Payables Invoices where the source is Image.

After more than 24 hours we checked it again but still the status remain in 'Not Active'.

Kindly help to give your inputs, should you encounter this issue.
