Agency cannot create candidate

Summary:

Hello,

We have an issue with a staffing agency being unable to create a candidate profile.

When trying to create without entering some education info, job duties, reasons for leaving, etc, the page freezes when hitting 'create'.

When trying to create without any requested info, other than resume - it submits but the candidate profile does not appear.

Any suggestions?
