PO Business event stopped triggering

Summary:

We have a Purchase Order business event integration in our lower environment that was working but then suddenly stopped triggering. The first time this happened, our developer cloned the integration and the clone was successfully triggering without issues/errors. No configuration changes made, either. Again, our PO business event integration has simply stopped triggering. Has anyone else had this issue and found a resolution to it?
