How to display the required label together with the text configured in Configure Validations

Required fields not set in the Configure Validations screen of VBS appear in the Purchase Requisition screen as follows.

However, once help information is set in the Configure Validations screen, the required label is no longer displayed as shown below.

Could you let me know how to keep the required label visible even when it is configured as described above?
