Manage requisition approvals query

Hi,

I have a requirement to get the conditions for requisition approvals, able to see the conditions in Manage requisition approvals.
But I'm unable to get the all conditions in a report as it's truncating in BIP report. How to fetch complete conditions in a BIP report with Category code and category.
