Hi,
A few months ago, we hired a candidate and created a pending worker relationship in the system. The candidate completed all pre-boarding tasks, but due to personal reasons, did not join the organization. Consequently, our recruiting admins cancelled the pending worker relationship.
Recently, the same candidate expressed interest in joining us for a different role. We added his profile and processed him through a new requisition. However, during the offer letter creation, the system identified him as an internal employee, which is incorrect since he never officially started with us.
