Can additional data fields be added to Requisition Approval email notifications?

As of 25A, we have been using the Redwood Procurement notifications. And from Oracle's documentation, it sounds like these are able to be modified.

From the 25A SSP What's New notes (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/readiness/scm/25a/ssproc25a/25A-ssproc-wn-f35493.htm#Steps-to-Enable), it gives a link to a doc on the Overview of Analytics Publisher topic. I understand how to edit the RTF template as it mentions in this doc- we have customized certain other approval notification templates before across ERP to add some additional hardcoded text.

But I still have some questions as it doesn't ever mention what is possible to modify -
